Step 2. Deliberate Practice
Once you know exactly were you are going, the next step is to define what is stopping you. Then get to work on those things that are holding you back with deliberate practice.
Step 3. Show up and Perform
Play your sport with concentration and focus by keeping anxiety and frustration out of your performance. Access your confidence when the game is on the line.
